Has anyone ever seen anything like this anywhere else in the world? Educate me if you have. Mistake me not. I am fiercely patriotic and love these idiosyncrasies that make my country great including the disgraceful sham of evicting a charming, learned, non-political man from Rashtrapati Bhavan.

U never know! China, Vietnam and a lot of other 3rd world countries have even funnier signboards and graffitis.
But on second thoughts I feel its good that Kalam is going out. He'll be able to serve the country much better with what he's planning to do(teach). The Presidential office is really bereft of real power.
SJ: Right! I have seen funny ones like this all over south east asia...but I am inclined to forgive since most of the weirdness stem from their lack of language comprehesion. Similarly I should overlook such things here...but from my own country I tend to be more demanding :) And about APJ...true he still has a lot more to offer the nation..
